NorDyne Maytag 4 Ton 13 SEER Heat Pump Package Unit Q5RD-048K
This is a 2010 unit that was installed on new construction but was removed because it had a leak in the outdoor coil. Because it was a multi-million dollar account they just remove the equipment and install another one. I purchase them and repair them. I installed a new outdoor coil, test for leaks, charged the system and serviced the complete unit.
This unit is in perfect condition and still has a 10 year Manufactures warranty
