Thermo Environmental Model 42D Chemiluminescence NOx Analyzer is a fairly new model NO NOx, serial number 42D-41006-264.

Chemiluminescent measures NO/Nox in Gas Analysis of oxides of nitrogen using light produced by the gas-phase titration of nitric oxide and ozone.

The chemiluminescence reaction of NO to NO2:

NO + O3 ==> NO2+ O2 + hv

Our Description
The unit was tagged by the company that took it out of service in May 2007 stating that it is in good working order. The analyzer powers on, you can see in the photo that pump is working by the pressure gauge. The analyer will take a sample. It appears to be in very good working order and it's in very good physical condition.
